Trading & Market Risk Disclosure

Effective October 6, 2026

Important risks of leveraged trading, signals, education, tools and third-party broker services.

Worldwide members: Mandatory consumer, privacy and financial-services rules in your country may still apply even where this document selects Ontario law.

1. Trading can result in substantial loss

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, metals, crypto-linked products and other leveraged instruments is speculative and can result in rapid losses. Depending on the broker, product and applicable rules, you may lose all capital allocated to the trading account and in some circumstances may face obligations beyond an initial margin unless negative-balance protection applies.

2. Leverage magnifies outcomes

Leverage and amplification magnify both gains and losses. A small market move can create a disproportionately large account impact. Margin calls, stop-out rules, financing charges and broker risk limits vary by provider.

3. Execution and market risk

Prices can gap or move quickly. Stop-loss orders do not guarantee the requested exit price. Slippage, spread widening, liquidity changes, rejected orders, market closures, news events, connectivity failures and platform outages can materially affect results.

4. Signals, live sessions and tools

A signal, Trade Calculator output, Playbook, live-session idea or educational example is not a guarantee and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, unsuitable for your account or inconsistent with your broker's specifications. You must verify price, contract size, fees, margin, stop distance and other broker-specific details before acting.

5. Past, provider-reported and hypothetical performance

Historical returns, provider or Telegram reports, ELEV8 performance summaries, win rates, drawdowns, backtests, screenshots, testimonials, demo results, copied-account results and amplification examples do not predict future performance. A mathematical illustration such as applying a historical percentage to 12× or 24× trading capacity is not an expected return, forecast or promise and can materially differ from what a follower actually experiences because of fees, slippage, execution, account settings and loss controls. Short performance periods can be misleading. A historical maximum drawdown is not a future loss limit.

6. Third-party, counterparty and copy-trading risk

Your broker or product provider is responsible for custody, execution and account terms. ELEV8 does not eliminate broker, counterparty, operational, regulatory or technology risk. Broker protections, authorization and compensation schemes differ by legal entity and jurisdiction. Copy trading or automated strategies can reproduce losses, differ from provider results because of latency, settings, leverage or account conditions, and may continue to hold exposure after you request a pause or disconnection.

7. Commercial relationships and conflicts

ELEV8 and/or an Affiliate may receive referral, introducing-broker, affiliate or other compensation from a participating broker or provider when an eligible member opens, funds or trades through an approved relationship. This creates a commercial interest that you should consider independently. Compensation does not make a provider or product suitable for you and does not reduce trading risk.

8. Your responsibility and acknowledgment

Only trade capital you can afford to lose, understand the product before trading, consider beginning on a demo account, use risk controls appropriate to your circumstances, and obtain independent professional advice if you are uncertain. ELEV8 does not assess suitability or make discretionary trading decisions for you. By accepting this Disclosure, you acknowledge that you—not ELEV8—make the final decision whether and how to trade and that no historical drawdown, stop-loss setting or risk illustration is a future loss cap.
