ELEV8 Affiliate & Compensation Disclosure
How ELEV8 and Affiliates may be compensated when members use selected broker or provider relationships.
1. Why this disclosure exists
ELEV8 maintains commercial relationships with selected independent brokers and providers. ELEV8 and/or an eligible Affiliate may receive referral, introducing-broker, affiliate, rebate or other compensation when a member opens, funds or trades through an approved relationship. This creates a commercial interest that members should know about before choosing whether to use a partner link.
2. What you may pay
ELEV8 does not charge a separate referral fee simply because you use an ELEV8-linked broker signup link. The broker or provider may separately charge spreads, commissions, financing, platform fees or other costs under its own terms. Compensation arrangements can vary by partner, product, jurisdiction and account activity.
3. Your broker choice remains yours
A commercial relationship does not make a broker, provider, account type, product or trading strategy suitable for you. You should independently review the broker or provider, including its current legal entity, regulatory status, eligibility in your jurisdiction, account terms, costs, execution, withdrawal rules and risk disclosures before opening, funding or trading an account.
4. ELEV8 does not hold broker deposits
Trading deposits are made through the broker or provider's official system and remain subject to that third party's custody and terms. ELEV8 does not take custody of a member's broker trading deposit merely because the member uses an ELEV8-linked referral path.
5. Trading risk remains
Referral compensation does not change the risk of trading. Leveraged products such as CFDs and foreign exchange can cause rapid and substantial losses. No broker relationship, referral arrangement, ELEV8 membership, signal, live session, tool or educational material guarantees profit or prevents loss.
